The Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Grosse Pointe Farms will be held at City Hall, 90 Kerby Road, on Monday, July 10, 2017 at 7:00 p.m.
 
1.      Pledge of Allegiance.
2.      Roll Call.
3.      Minutes
a.      Reading and consideration of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting and Closed Session held on June 5, 2017.
b.      Reading and consideration of the Minutes of the Work Session Meeting held on June 26, 2017.
4.      Consideration of an appeal regarding the denial of a fence permit at 285 Vincennes Place.
5.      Consideration of a request for review and approval regarding a proposed site plan (façade change) for 72 Kercheval Road.
6.      Zoning Board of Appeals
a.      Reading and consideration of the Minutes of the Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting held September 12, 2016.
b.      Consideration of a request for a variance for a proposed rear yard addition at 97 Meadow Lane.
c.      Consideration of a request for a variance for a proposed lot split at 159 Beaupre Avenue.
  1. Consideration of Fiscal Year Ending 2017 Budget Amendments.
8.      Consent Agenda.
    1. Consideration of a request from the City Controller/Treasurer for approval of the City’s financial institution list.
    2. Consideration of a request from the Public Services Director to purchase a Toro Workman MDX from Spartan Distributers.
    3. Consideration of a request from the Administration to enter into a two year agreement with Midwest Employers Casualty for excess worker’s compensation insurance.
    4. Consideration of a request from Racing for Kids to close Kercheval Avenue from Hall Place to McMillan on August 30, 2017.
    5. Approval of quarterly invoice for labor legal matters.
    6. Approval of June 2017 invoices.
9.      Reports.
a.      Receive the June 2017 Public Safety Report.
10.   Other Business.
11.   Consideration of a request from the City Attorney for Council to go into Closed Session to discuss litigation.
