The Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Grosse Pointe Farms will be held in City Hall on Monday, June 18, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.
 
1.      Pledge of Allegiance
2.      Roll Call
3.      Reading and consideration of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting held on May 14, 2018.
4.      Presentation from Peggy Hayes, Executive Director of Services for Older Citizens.
5.      Presentation by Suzy Berschback, Healthy Communities Manager for Beaumont Health regarding a proposed memorandum of understanding between Beaumont Health and the City of Grosse Pointe Farms.  
6.      Consideration of a collective bargaining agreement with the Technical, Professional and Officeworkers Association of Michigan.
7.      Consideration of a proposed wage adjustment for Administrative and Clerical Non-Union Employees.
8.      Zoning Board of Appeals
a.       Reading and consideration of the Minutes of the Zoning Board of Appeals held on April 9, 2018.
b.      Consideration of a variance request from Mr. John Axe for a proposed lot split at 481 Kercheval Avenue.
c.       Consideration of a variance request for Mrs. Jessica Taub for a proposed addition to an existing non-conforming structure at 135 Mapleton Road.
9.      Discussion regarding the Council vacancy.
10. Consent Agenda
a.       Consideration of a request from “Racing for Kids” to close Kercheval Avenue on August 29, 2018.
b.      Consideration of a request from Administration to renew an agreement between Pointe Area Assisted Transportation Service and Services for Older Citizens.
    1. Consideration of a request from the Public Services Director to enter into an agreement with Nagle Paving Company for the 2018-2019 Road Resurfacing Project.
    2. Consideration of a request from the Grosse Pointe Historical Society to approve their application for a charitable gaming license from the State of Michigan.
    3. Consideration of a proposal to replace City Hall windows.
f.        Consideration of a request from the Finance Director to approve May 2018 invoices.

a.       Receive the May 2018 Public Safety Report.
