BS&A online. You will need to set up a free account, and have your account linked to Grosse Pointe Farms in order to schedule inspections and obtain trade permits online. The website is designed so that any municipality currently using BS&A online software may be accessed from one portal.
You can also schedule your inspections by calling the Building Department at
(313) 885-4285. The following information is required for scheduling an inspection: 1) street address of the job site; 2) permit number; and 3) type of inspection requested.
