Through this website, the City offers various tools to obtain information, make payments and conduct other business online in a secure environment. From paying a tax or utility bill, to searching for property information, to applying for a permit, many options are available to help you complete your business with the City at any time and from wherever you may be.
- Search for comparable properties using a variety of filtering methods. Property class range, sale date range, price range, floor area range, year built range and neighborhood filter.
- Search through property and land information by the following categories: Owner name, address or parcel number
- Search through the history of your property tax.

Please note: The pay online Dog License service allows you to register your dog with the city and pay for a dog license online. However, you MUST ALSO SUBMIT A COPY OF YOUR DOG'S CURRENT RABIES VACCINE CERTIFICATE BEFORE THE LICENSE CAN BE ISSUED. Please submit the certificate using one of these methods:
- by email attachment to the Treasury Department at mhoch@grossepointefarms.org
- use the City's White Drop Box at City Hall at 90 Kerby Road
- by U.S. mail
License Renewal - December 1st thru April 30th - $10.00 After April 30th license renewal is $14.00
New Dog License - $10.00 - Dogs not previously licensed, owner must provide a copy of the rabies vaccination certificate to the Treasury Department or in the City White Drop Box before making payment online.
