Pay Online by Electronic Check (E-Check) or Credit Card
The Treasurer's Office accepts payments for property tax bills online through www.bsaonline.com. or through our online payment page.  This service is provided by our processing vendor - Point & Pay.

• E-Checks - there is NO FEE to pay by electronic check through our website or BSAOnline.com
• Credit or Debit Cards - 3% of the payment amount, with a minimum fee of $2.00 per transaction

Pay by Drop Box
Please use the white drop box located behind City Hall, 90 Kerby Road, to make payments by check 24 hours a day.  Please place the remittance portion of your tax statement, together with your check, in an envelope before dropping it in the box. On your check, please include your parcel ID number and a phone number where you can be reached if there are any questions.
