The City of Grosse Pointe Farms offers a fast, efficient and eco-friendly service for our utility customers--E-Billing.  Sign-up to start receiving your utility bill electronically via email.  Your electronic bill can be viewed online and replaces paper bills, which saves resources and reduces waste.

• By completing this enrollment form, you are choosing to receive your Grosse Pointe Farms utility bill by email and will not be receiving a statement by mail.
• Once enrolled in the electronic e-bill program, you are responsible for ensuring receipt of the email. The City of Grosse Pointe Farms will send your bill to the email address you provide above, and if you fail to receive it, you would still be responsible for all charges on the account by the due date. If payment is received after the due date, penalties will apply.
• In order to ensure that we are able to provide you with accurate billing information you must update us with any change in your e-mail address.
• You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the Utility Billing Department at 313-640-1615 or by email.
