The Grosse Pointe Farms Beautification Advisory Commission holds it's annual Beautification Awards Ceremony every October.  View last year's awards presentation here.

To nominate a property please follow the following instructions below. Incomplete nominations or nominations without a photo will not be considered.

1. View last year's presentation and make sure the property your nominating is truly a potential award winner.
2. Make sure the property's address is visible from the street. If it is not visible do not nominate.
3. If the property is located on road that is signed "private", do not nominate the property.
4. Send an email to dkozicki@grossepointefarms.org following the format below.
   • Subject: BAC Award Nomination: INSERT STREET ADDRESS
   • Body: 
     • Dear Beautification Advisory Commission, I am nominating INSERT STREET ADDRESS for a Beautification Advisory Commission Award. I have viewed last year's award presentation and I am confident that this property could win an award. Attached is a photo of the property that was taken this year. Sincerely, INSERT YOUR NAME, PHONE NUMBER
   • A photo of the property must be attached to the email in order to be considered. Please only send photos that are 5 mb or less.
5. The deadline to nominate a property is July 11, 2023.
