Pier Park Concession Stand RFP

The City of Grosse Pointe Farms is seeking a concessionaire to provide seasonal food and beverage services at the concession stand located inside Pier Park.

Proposal Documents and Submission: Proposal specifications and proposal forms are available online at www.grossepointefarms.org. Written proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked:

“Concessionaire Proposal for Pier Park”

Proposals are due by 3:00 P.M., on Thursday, April 15, 2021. Proposals will be opened and recorded at this time.

Rejection Waiver: The City of Grosse Pointe Farms reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive technicalities and to select a proposal that is deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
