The repair entails complete pavement and curb replacement.  All concrete curbs will be removed and replaced; sidewalk and ADA-compliant sidewalk ramps will be removed & replaced, as needed; concrete driveway approaches will be replaced, as needed. Permanent pavement markings and lawn restoration will take place once the paving has been completed. The project is expected to be completed by the end of November 2021. Learn more...

UPDATE (09/10/2021):

The City’s contractor, Asphalt Specialists, Inc., is currently performing construction operations as part of the 2021 Road Replacement Program. Beginning on Monday September 13 the contractor will begin final preparations to pour the new concrete curb and new driveway approaches located on the odd address side of Kerby Road between Beaupre Avenue and Mack Avenue.  During this phase of the project affected residents will not be able to access their driveway for ten (10) days or until the barricades have been removed by the contractor as the new concrete requires proper cure time before being able to drive on it. Those residents affected by this work may park on nearby streets and/or may receive temporary overnight parking permits for parking on nearby streets that do not normally allow parking.

Obey posted traffic and directional signs and exercise caution around the construction site. Your patience and cooperation is appreciated during this time. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the following:
